Your ROLE:

• Issuance of contracts, invoices, acts, interaction with legal, financial and purchasing units, participation in the preparation and management of the tender documentation
• Marketplace support for employees: content administration (product descriptions, visuals), coordination with contractors and internal teams, control of the relevance of proposals
• Coordination of contractors and partners: communication with external contractors, control of deadlines, briefs and results
• Operational support: maintaining the Miro board, organizing and holding meetings in Tims
