PURPOSE STATEMENT
To provide full scope HR expert support to all business units of the company to achieve goals of the Kromberg & Schubert company, Zhytomyr. Ensuring efficient & high quality professional advice, services in accordance with the Strategic Guidelines, standards & policies of Kromberg & Schubert GmbH global & in line with HR-related effective legislation
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- People Planning & Recruitment: Effective implementation of HR forecasting & planning by focusing on various scenarios in respective area (with due regard for production plan & budget implications). People recruitment tools/processes application to provide pipeline of candidates with defined skills. Efficient on-boarding & adaptation.
- Training & Development: Timely & correct TNA to efficiently develop the best functional, technical, managerial skills/ competencies according to the company needs/plans.
- Career, Succession Plans (SP): Active coordination & adjustment of procedures on career & succession development plans for respective target groups (management/non-management)
- Managing Performance: Effective management of employees' performance evaluation system & processes with focus on goals clear definition & KPIs verification
- Managing Communication & Organizational Climate: Employer brand awareness, EVP & employees' experience are relevant, up-to-date & communicated efficiently
- Managing & Rewarding Performance: Adding value participation in the reward policies implementation
- Managing Change: Initiating & driving timely changes in both operational processes (e.g. HR metrics & data analysis, efficiency & Lean principles implementation) & strategic culture-related areas of the company, in close & valuable cooperation with the company management.

> The mode of activities & specifics of production company with the HC of 3000 on average requires on-going support & control of many HR-related areas & tasks
> Solutions often to be made when dealing with ambiguity
> Experience in negotiations & cooperation with TU representatives could be of use (social & wellbeing/ health protection programs, D&I, etc)
> Span of control: the team of 5 respective subunits managers. Often — involvement into variety of operational aspects within projects/ processes review. It requires good planning & coaching skills, delegation experience & time management
> HR Manager/Operations (business partner) is supposed to work full time at the company location in Zhytomyr.

Purpose of the position: Providing high-quality expert personnel management support to all divisions of Kromberg & Schubert (Zhytomyr) to achieve the company's strategic goals. Providing effective and professional consulting on personnel management issues in accordance with global requirements, standards and policies of Kromberg & Schubert GmbH, as well as in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine style="font-weight: 400">Personnel planning and selection:Establishment of effective processes of forecasting and planning of personnel needs, taking into account different scenarios of needs in the relevant areas of the enterprise (production plan, budget, costs). Applying effective practices, tools and processes to ensure the hiring of employees with the right skills. Quality onboarding of new employees.
Training and development:Conduct accurate and timely training needs analysis (TNA) for effective development of functional, technical and managerial skills of employees according to the strategic needs of the company.Career planning and succession:Coordinating and proactively setting up career development and succession planning processes for different target groups of employees (management/non-management).Evaluating employee performance:Effective management of the employee performance evaluation system and setting up the goal setting process and evaluation of results with a focus on clearly defining goals and KPIs (key performance indicators)Communication and climate in the company:Ensuring high-quality delivery of EVP (value proposition) to target groups and improvement of the employer's brand, maintaining the level of its relevant perception from outside and inside. Ensuring clear and effective internal communication, as well as improving the experience of employees at all stages of work in the company.Reward management and motivation:Participation in the development and implementation of employee reward and motivation policies.Change management:Initiation and management of changes in operational processes (for example, HR metrics and data analysis, application of lean management principles), as well as in long-term processes of developing the company's corporate culture in close cooperation with management.Additional information:

- The position involves activities in the company office at the production location, Zhytomyr.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of HR tools for data analysis and evaluation methods

- English at B2 level (upper-intermediate)
