We are looking for a Specialist IT infrastructure support and development group

What to do:

• Provide technical support to users;
• Configure and maintain PCs and peripherals equipment;
• Install and configure Windows operating systems;
• Carry out modular PC repairs;
• Configure cash register equipment (receipt printers, barcode scanners);
• Maintain and configure warehouse equipment (data collection terminals);
• Install and configure video surveillance and access control systems.

Our candidate has:

• Experience in IT support from 1 year;
• Knowledge of the OSI level and understanding of network technologies;
• Skills in modular PC repair;
• Experience in configuring Windows;
• Desirable: work experience with cash and warehouse equipment;
• Experience in connecting video surveillance and access control systems will be an advantage;
• Experience in setting up Unifi, Aruba, Mikrotik will be a plus.
