Project Manager (Energy Projects / EPC / Development) in HR Agency Key People

Our client is a development company in the field of energy, which implements complex projects for energy independence of business. The company works with renewable energy and energy infrastructure projects, including solar power plants (SPP), energy storage systems (BESS), modernization of energy systems of enterprises and other investment energy solutions.

In connection with the expansion of the project portfolio, the company is looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for the management of energy projects from the stage of preparation to the commissioning of the facility.

Main tasks

- Planning and management of the implementation of EPC projects in the field of energy
- Coordination of the work of engineers, suppliers, contractors and the customer
- Control of terms, budget and quality of work
- Management of risks and changes in the project
- Preparation of regular reports on the status of projects for management and investors

Requirements for candidate

- Experience of managing energy or infrastructure projects from 3 years
- Practical experience of working with EPC projects in Ukraine (SPP, BESS, networks, substations, industrial facilities)
- Understanding of permitting procedures (permitting) will be an advantage
- Strong organizational and communication skills
