responsibilities and tasks

Under the direct guidance of senior monitoring specialist, and the general guidance of a team leader and regional leader, an employee should:

  • To attend state-owned IDPs, IDPs' compact settlements, IDPs, etc.; 400; FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">

    Communicate with IDPs, victims of hostilities, representatives of power institutions and non-governmental organizations, to collect information on the humanitarian situation as a whole; "FONT-Weight: 400; FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">

    In a timely manner, on a daily basis to provide form reports, based on monitoring visits;

  • If necessary to carry out emergency monitoring visits to the places of military incidents within the region (it may apply to weekends)

  • Prepare Reports on a particular incident and/or humanitarian situation in general;

  • To identify the most vulnerable IDPs and their needs;

  • Explain the norms of legislation for IDPs and persons affected by hostilities, counseling on other issues;

  • To provide other individual assistance to IDPs;

  • Information and in full display information in the IDPS CRM;

  • To identify potential beneficiaries to participate in the IPA Cash;

  • Perform other responsibilities as needed;

  • Understanding and Compliance with the Code of Conduct and other Fund Policy. FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None "> Professional Requirements

    • Higher Education (preferably: sociology, jurisprudence, journalism);

    • Desirable Knowledge of Human Rights;

    • Readiness for Significant Working in Fields (Outside the Office);

    • Readiness for a large number of trips and beyond the normalized working day;

    • Knowledge and Understanding of IDPs and OOC; FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">

      The ability to collect information according to the goals and objectives of the project;

    • Skills to prepare reports (analytical, individual incident);

    • Understanding of Humanitarian Principles;

    • Excellent communication skills, readiness for daily communication with people (IDPs, representatives of power institutions);

    • Preference is given to IDPs that have lost their work due to movement;

    • self-motivation;

    • Flexibility.
