  Teachers Coordination, load distribution

• Administration of Learning Processes in LMS

• Schedule control, purpose and change of mentors

• Speaking Club, Intensive and Individual Classes

• Interaction with Teachers, Students and Managers

• Optimization of training courses and process automation

• Reporting and Analysis of Effectiveness

Must Have for Success in this Position:

• Higher Education (advantage: pedagogy, management, IT)

• Experience in the Management of Educational Projects/Commands

• Understanding Distance Learning Processes

• English level-from b1

• Working with LMS, Google Docs, Slack

• Schedule Management skills, communications, analysts

Soft Skills:

• Systemity, High Time Management

• Readiness to work in a flexible schedule: Mon-Fri, 10:00-19:00 (sometimes possible work on weekends or after 19:00)
