There are cosmetics, perfumery, decor, author's products, sports goods, children's goods. First of all, system businesses with new products work on the platform. However, some people sell used branded goods, giving them a "new life". 10 million users visit Shafa every month.


About the command:" /span>

Now our team consists of a team leader and 7 specialists. We are engaged in development, engagement and user support. Each of us is ready to help and support a beginner in all matters)


What is important for this role:

  • < p>experience working with customers (written support, chats, phone support), user content moderation and request lifecycle management< /span>

  • literate Ukrainian language

  • attention to details and the ability to analyze information

  • readiness to work in multitasking mode

  • readiness for independence in decision-making

  • be able to smooth out conflict situations and be flexible

  • persistence, customer orientation and teamwork


Tasks:

  • assistance to sellers and buyers to resolve issues / disputed situations by processing written requests through Kayako

  • consideration of user complaints

  • checking users for fraud

  • feedback moderation
