Leading Customer Support Specialist Servise Desk Key tasks:
- Analysis and processing of requests received from bank employees through the Service Desk system;
- Providing technical advice to bank employees regarding the use of the Service Desk system;
- Performing the tasks of the 1st line of support - configuring and installing software for employees bank;
- Granting access rights to bank employees to information systems;
This position requires:
- Full higher education or basic higher education;
- Experience in IT support;
- Knowledge of the state language.
