RozetkaPay is part of the EVO-Rozetka group of companies. The payment service was created on the basis of the country's most famous marketplaces, which are used by millions of Ukrainians. Our services are already used by Rozetka, Prom, Vchasno, Bigl, Shafa, Volonter by Prom, Vodafone, Robota.ua, Yakaboo and others.
About the team:
There are currently 7 specialists and team members in the team. One of the directions of the team's work is written support withvarious questions from our marketplace partners, such as Prom.ua, Rozetka, and others. It is in this team that we have a vacancy for expansion and we are looking for a specialist who will strengthen it.

willingness to work according to the data work schedule - for the adaptation period from Monday to Friday (09:00-18:00) after the adaptation period, a shift schedule 2/2 (08:00-20:00)

work experience in banks or fintech companies
understanding the concept of a transaction and its stages
understanding of payment methods (p2p, internet acquiring, trade acquiring)
experience with tools:
- system ticket (Zendesk, omnidesk, kayako or similar)
- systems for creating/managing tasks (Jira or similar)
- panel admin/CRM system (search for information by various criteria)
Tasks:
verification, analysis, search of payments that take place on the platforms of our partners and payments to sellers of marketplaces
communication with partner banks
interaction with other teams within the company
