Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and handle inquiries via chats;
- Analyze technical problems of users;
- Provide recommendations to solve problems with software and equipment;
- Advise users on the use of credit products and other company services;
- Transfer requests to the second level of support or specialists of other departments if necessary.
Requirements: p>
- Fluent knowledge of the Ukrainian language;
- Good communication skills and the ability to resolve conflicts;
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies;
- Work experience is not required.
