Specialist in working with partners in Karitas Ukrayini, Mizhnarodniy Blagodiyniy Fond

The International Charitable Foundation "Caritas of Ukraine" is looking for a helper to work with partners to support local organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Study of project activities for effective fundraising for the target audience. 

• Finding and attracting funds to support the project's target groups. 

• Communication and establishing close ties with corporate associations in Ukraine, with international funds (in partnership with the Senior Fundraiser). 

• Working with partnerships in the Caritas network, in particular the development and support of partnerships within the network. 

• Development and implementation of a fundraising strategy to attract resources. 

• Creation and regular updating of the database of partners and donors. 

• Maintaining contact with active and potential donors; conclusion of partnership agreements. 

• Creation of communication materials and commercial proposals for donors and partners (in a team with a communication colleague). 

• Preparation of reports on past projects and promotions. 

• Preparation of reporting documentation for donors and partners. 

• Coordination of PR support of projects to attract funds (in a team with a communication colleague). 

• Fundraising activities aimed at attracting the necessary project resources. 

Knowledge and skills required:

• Understanding the needs of the target audience. The ability to determine needs, develop and implement an individual plan for attracting funds for certain needs of project activities. 

• Ability to prepare and draw up reports. 

• Partner orientation (customer orientation). 

Ability to plan and prioritize work. 

• Probity and honesty. Responsibility, organization, discipline.
