Functional duties:

1. Management of all activities of the enterprise.

2. Strategy development.

3. Ensuring effective operational management (analysis, goal setting, planning, delegation, coordination, control).

4. Creation, implementation, optimization (bottleneck elimination), automation, digitization of business processes: procurement, sales, production, warehouse, logistics.

5. Analysis and assessment of market development trends and socio-economic processes.

6. Reporting to shareholders for operational results and company development.
