Specialist in work with communities (FOP) in Rokada, BF BO

The charitable organization "Rokada" is looking for - fcommunity work specialist

Main tasks:

• establishing and maintaining partnerships with communities

• organizing and holding meetings, consultations, coordination sessions

• participation in the planning and implementation of project activities on the ground

• collection of feedback, analysis of needs and context

• preparation of short analytical and reporting materials

• coordination of interaction with local partners and stakeholders

We we expect:

• experience working with communities, in humanitarian / social initiatives

• understanding of the principles of participation, inclusion and accountability

• ability to work independently and responsibly

• availability of FOP 3 group or willingness to open it
