DevOps / Infrastructure Team Lead in Actyc

We’re looking for a DevOps / Infrastructure Team Lead to take full ownership of our infrastructure and lead a team of ~10 developers. You’ll co-own infrastructure decisions with another Team Lead (managing up to 5 engineers) to ensure redundancy, continuity, and stability.

What you’ll do:

• Own and guide technical DevOps decisions

• Mentor engineers and review solutions

• Design, build, and maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines

• Automate scaling, server provisioning, and optimization

• Manage Dockerized environments across cloud and bare metal

• Maintain and optimize Elasticsearch & ELK stack

• Monitor system health and implement proactive alerting

• Collaborate with developers to improve deployments and reliability

Requirements:

• 3+ years Linux system administration experience

• Proven Team Lead or Senior-level experience with ownership responsibility

• Experience leading technical decisions and mentoring engineers

• Experience with cloud providers and bare metal infrastructure

• Strong knowledge of Docker, containerized environments, and CI/CD (Bitbucket Pipelines or similar)

• VM autoscaling experience (e.g., DigitalOcean)

• Elasticsearch & ELK stack experience

• Bash and/or Python scripting skills

• Solid understanding of TCP/IP and server networking fundamentals

• Load balancer configuration and optimization experience

• English – communicative level (B2+)
