Main Responsibilities:
- Analytics and Research
A lot of communication will be required: surveys, interviews, focus groups, community trips. Collect data, notice details, sometimes - unexpected reactions of people.
It is also important to draw up a map of stakeholders: from local authorities to NGOs and diaspora initiatives.
A separate part is to study the needs of local residents, IDPs and those who have returned. Finding out where people encounter barriers: housing, services, work, medicine, inclusion. - Organization and moderation of events
This is about round tables, dialogue sessions, consultations with the community. You need to be able to hold a discussion, give space to different voices, and then turn everything heard into analytical conclusions. - Support of social innovation pilots
From ideas to launch.
Together with the community, describe the pilot, make a plan, help the procurement team, monitor the progress of implementation.
It will be necessary to record the process: photos, videos, short texts about what is happening on place. - Education and trainings
First determine what skills these communities need.
Then organize trainings: logistics, coordination, communication with participants and trainers.
After each training - collect feedback and prepare a small report.
A separate interesting part is help in creating a local core of trainers (ToT). - Communication and coordination
A lot of interaction: local government, social protection, education, medicine, TsNAPy, public organizations, initiative groups, volunteers.
Plus constant communication with the project team, participation in planning and coordination meetings. - Reporting
Monthly reports, supporting documents (participant lists, event programs, photos, videos), internal documentation.
This is part of the work, which is difficult to call inspired, but not at all without it.
Requirements:
Availability or willingness to issue a personal registration certificate.
Higher education (social work, psychology, pedagogy, management or related fields).
Experience of working in communities, social or humanitarian projects, local self-government - from 2 years.
