Tenth of April is a non-governmental organization that works to improve the protection of the population affected by the conflict by provision of legal, social, psychological and humanitarian assistance, promotes legislative changes, involvement of communities in responding to emergency situations and finding long-term solutions, in cooperation with authorities and supporting their potential, with special emphasis on the most vulnerable groups.

In partnership with the UN Office from the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), with the financial support of the Humanitarian Fund for Ukraine (UHF), we are implementing a project aimed at ensuring safe, decent and affordable reception and accommodation conditions for evacuees and internally displaced persons with mobility impairments, older people and persons with disabilities in the Odesa and Mykolaiv regions.

• Provide advisory assistance, disseminate information on access to social services, legal, psychological and other types of assistance.

• Visit state bodies and establish effective communication with government officials in order to monitor the situation and form an algorithm for solving the beneficiaries' problems.

• Identify volunteers, initiative groups and/or associations of citizens, organizations that provide assistance to refugees in order to establish cooperation.

• Provide advisory and methodical support on issues of organizational development to volunteers/initiative groups/associations of citizens/organizations engaged in public activities.

• To model, organize and conduct educational and educational activities, as well as activities aimed at expanding community opportunities.

• Provide assistance in drawing up project documentation, preparation of methodological materials, supporting documents.

• Process requests and requests for assistance based on the assessment.

• Compile reports, descriptive reports with quantitative and qualitative indicators and other internal organizational documentation.

• Work with automation tools to scale programs and engage target populations.

• Make referrals to other project specialists for legal, psychological and other types of assistance.

• Select, update, supplement information on the availability and availability of certain services for recipients of aid according to the direction of the project.

• Participate in all meetings, meetings, committees related to the implementation of the project as instructed by the management.

• Submit daily reports on the results of their work and other reports with the frequency established by the project management or the President of the Organization.

• Execute plans, tasks and programs.

• Provide methodical assistance, mentoring and mentoring to all project participants and employees of the Organization in this direction, in particular, in matters of establishing interaction with volunteers/initiative groups/associations of citizens/organizations engaged in public activities, organizing events and drawing up project documentation, preparation of methodological materials, supporting documents.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education in the field of humanities, international relations, law, social work or related disciplines.

• Experience in a humanitarian, non-governmental organization would be an advantage.

• Knowledge of humanitarian activities, basic international standards Office, Google Workspace), the ability to work with databases and e-mail. Excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to work with a large amount of information.
