Tenth of April is a non-governmental organization that works to improve the protection of the population affected by the conflict by provision of legal, social, psychological and humanitarian assistance, promotes legislative changes, involvement of communities in responding to emergency situations and finding long-term solutions, in cooperation with authorities and supporting their potential, with special emphasis on the most vulnerable groups.
In partnership with the UN Office from the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), with the financial support of the Humanitarian Fund for Ukraine (UHF), we are implementing a project aimed at ensuring safe, decent and affordable reception and accommodation conditions for evacuees and internally displaced persons with mobility impairments, older people and persons with disabilities in the Odesa and Mykolaiv regions.
