"Tenth of April" is a non-governmental organization that works to improve the protection of the population affected by the conflict by providing legal, social, psychological and humanitarian assistance, promotes change legislation, involving communities in responding to emergency situations and finding long-term solutions, in cooperation with authorities and supporting their potential, with a special emphasis on the most vulnerable groups.

In partnership with the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), with the financial support of the Humanitarian Fund for Ukraine (UHF), we implement a project aimed at providing safe, decent and affordable reception and accommodation conditions for evacuees and internally displaced persons with mobility impairments, the elderly and persons with disabilities in the Odesa and Mykolaiv regions.

  • Provide methodical assistance, mentoring and mentoring to all project participants and employees of the Organization in this direction, in particular, in matters of establishing interaction with volunteers/initiative groups/associations of citizens/organizations engaged in public activities, organizing events and drawing up project documentation, preparation of methodological materials, supporting documents.

  • Comply with the requirements of regulations on labor protection, fire safety, environment and local regulations of the Organization, adhere to norms, methods and methods of safe work performance.

Qualification requirements:

  • Higher education in the field of humanities, international relations, law, social work or related disciplines.

  • Experience working in a humanitarian, non-governmental or international organization will be an advantage.

  • Knowledge of the principles of humanitarian activity, understanding of cluster work, basic international standards.

  • Proficiency in modern digital tools (MS Office, Google Workspace), ability to workwith databases and e-mail.   • Ability to work in a team.

  • Flexibility to work in multitasking and rapid changes.
