Specialist in training new employees in Top4 / Usatyuk N.R., FOP

We are looking for a new employee training specialist in the feedback technical department to join our team and help us ensure excellent employee flow for our projects and departments.

If you have no experience, we offer detailed training and support from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Carrying out training programs for new employees;
- implementing methods of adaptation to the team;
- Assessing the needs of newcomers and adjusting training programs;
- Maintaining constant contact with new employees to ensure their comfortable adaptation.

Requirements:
- Good communication skills and the ability to easily find a common language with candidates;
- The ability to develop and adapt educational programs in accordance with the needs of the staff;
- Skills to assess and develop leadership qualities in employees at different levels; implement new ideas and methods. 

We offer:
- Salary 26,000-34,000 UAH;
(Fixed rate + bonus for each candidate)
- Bonuses for each trained employee - 1000 UAH;
(on average from 2000 UAH per week).
- Payment every week;
- Modern working space that ensures comfort and efficiency labor;
- Schedule from Monday to Friday. From 09:00 to 18:00.
