We are looking for motivated and organized employees who want to gain experience in the field of personnel management. Your main responsibility will be to support the HR department and ensure the efficient functioning of all HR activities in the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of the employee database, including information updates, document deadlines , archiving;
• Participation in the process of selection and recruitment of employees, including posting ads, reviewing resumes, organizing interviews;
• Preparing documents for hiring, firing, transferring employees;
• Provision of organizational inquiries of employees, responses to inquiries, consultation on personnel service issues;
• Provision of implementation of internal normative documents on personnel issues service;
• Participation in the development and implementation of the company's personnel management policy.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
• Ability to work with a computer and office programs;
• Attention to details and result-oriented .
