Professional experience:

• experience in recruiting / HR / process coordination from 1 year
• understanding or interest in the field of defense / miltech will be an advantage
• experience working with various channels of candidate search (job sites, social networks, recommendations)
• organization and process coordination skills
• experience working with databases / CRM or ATS systems
• strong communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders
• proactivity and ability work in multitasking conditions.

Main tasks:

• participation in the formation and development of the staffing strategy
• analysis of the effectiveness of candidate attraction channels and their optimization
• coordination the full cycle of staffing (from the first contact to referral to the unit)
• maintenance, updating and development of the candidate database
• search, testing and implementation of new engagement channels
• participation in the launch and implementation of recruiting campaigns
• communication with military units, TCC, NPU and other partners
• collection and updating of unit needs in the personnel
• development of partner programs for attracting candidates
• interaction with BpAK crews and their commanders
• collection and analysis of feedback to improve recruiting processes.
