Analyst in DS Electronics

DS Electronics is a Ukrainian manufacturer of electrical equipment and is the leader in the sale of voltage relays in Ukraine. For more than 20 years, we have been developing and producing electrical devices that are sold in Ukraine and on international markets.

In connection with the expansion, we are looking for a production analyst to join our team.

What will be included in your duties:

• Planning of foundry work and creation of production orders in the ERP system.
• Daily control of the correctness of production operations in ERP.
• Weekly formation of priorities for production repairs.
• Registration of ERP errors and control their elimination.
• Preparation and maintenance of the production analysis plan-fact file.
• Analysis of production data and formation of analytics.
• Development, optimization and automation of production processes

We are looking for a person in the team who:

• Has 1 year of experience as an analyst.
• Has a higher technical or economic education.
• Confidently works in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Has experience working with ERP systems (BAS, 1C or similar).
• Able to think logically, analyze patterns in data and formulate clear conclusions.
• Has the desire to learn and develop in the direction of production analytics.

Will be a plus:

• Basic knowledge of SQL and BI tools.
• Understanding the basics of programming and automation logic processes.
• Skills for working with large volumes of data and their structuring.
• Experience in preparing presentations and analytical reports.
