REQUIREMENTS

• What we expect:
• Understanding the operation of relational databases
• Understanding the operation of MS SQL Server DBMS
• Understanding database processes - backup/restore/Shrink
• Basic skills of working with OS Windows Server and OS Windows
• English language - Pre-Intermediate level

WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE

• Desirable experience in finance. system - BAS, BAF, etc., keeping warehouse records
• Understanding the work of "warehouse"
• Completed courses on databases, testing or development
• Ability to see the big picture and think through the approach to work
• Self-organization and the ability to work autonomously
• Analytical thinking and the ability to develop solutions for the client's needs
• Skills for planning, organization and time management
• Determination and willingness to develop

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinating the implementation of warehouse functionality in accordance with approved business processes
• Communication with customers to clarify requirements, collect feedback and agree on stages implementation
• Conducting demonstrations and training sessions for hospital staff on the use of warehouse functionality
• Initial system setup including:
• uploading the nomenclature, infrastructure
• setting up types of invoices, suppliers, sources of financing
• adding roles and access to warehouses (if necessary)
• customizing templates according to customer requirements
• Providing support to users regarding the operation of the warehouse module — consultations, resolution of incidents, support
• Constant presence in work chats and synchronization of actions of all participants in the implementation process
• Formation of tasks, technical descriptions and accompanying documentation for further transfer to work
• Coordination with database developers to implement functionality from the side DB
• Formation of technical tasks for the development team in the direction of warehouse accounting
