Responsibilities:

• Full cycle of recruiting: from collecting requirements to the candidate's exit to work.
• Search for candidates through various channels (Robota, Work, LinkedIn, Djinni, Telegram, internal database, etc.).
• Conducting initial screening, interviews and evaluations of candidates.
• Interaction with hiring managers, participation in candidate profile formation.
• Organization of interviews and candidate support at all stages of selection.
• Maintenance of internal candidate database (ATS/Excel/Google Sheets, etc.).
• Preparation of offers and return communication.

Requirements:

• Experience as a recruiter for at least 1 year.
• Knowledge of modern candidate search tools.
• Understanding the full cycle of recruiting.
• Sure communication skills.
• Ability to work with a large amount of information and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of English at the level Intermediate.

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in mass recruitment.
