develop and update collection strategies for different segments;
build and maintain a customer segmentation system;
assign and optimize activities (calls, robot, SMS, push, e-mail, etc.);
initiate changes to strategies and accompany them to the stage implementation;
create and administer new state / workflow;
monitor the effectiveness of strategies (cure rate, roll rate, PTP kept rate);
prepare analytical reports and presentations;
interact with IT, analytical and operational teams.
You are suitable if you have:
• 1 year of experience in collection / risk / financial analytics;
• understanding of the principles of working with overdue debt;
• analytical thinking;
• confident command of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis);
• experience with BI-systems is desirable;
• attention to details and system approach;
• knowledge of SQL and ability to work with a database will be an advantage.
