ElfaGrop is an international manufacturer of cosmetics and home care products, invites you to a permanent position in the marketing communications department Content Manager

What you will do:

• Organize and coordinate the process of creating photo and video content.
• Manage the full cycle of creating photo and video content: planning, prioritization, quality control and compliance with brand guides.
• Setting tasks for agencies and contractors: preparation of technical specifications, briefs, references, control of deadlines and acceptance of materials.
• Organization and coordination of filming (script, locations, props, models, process control on site).
• Creation and scaling of content using AI-platforms.
• Video editing (Reels / Shorts / TikTok), preparation of different versions for coverage tasks, promo and product videos.
• Adaptation of content to formats of different platforms (aspect ratio, duration, technical requirements).
• Work in Canva (covers, banners, titles, dies, simple animations).
• Formation of the system flow of content production, creation content libraries, standardization of templates.
• Integration of content in SMM, advertising campaigns, promotions, cross-promotion. Setting tasks for agencies and contractors, preparation of briefs and control of the result.
• Planning and conducting filming (script, props, locations, models).
• Creation and scaling of content using AI-tools.
• Video editing and adaptation for Reels / Shorts / TikTok formats.
• Preparation of visuals in Canva, adaptation of materials for different platforms.
• Formation of the system flow of content and maintenance of the content library.
• Integration of content in SMM, advertising campaigns, promotions and promotional activities.

For you, if you:

• Experience in managing the creation of photo and video content (in-house or with contractors).
• Skills in preparing technical specifications, briefs and working with agencies.
• Experience in video editing (CapCut or similar programs).
• Understanding content formats for social networks and advertising platforms.
• Practical experience or willingness to quickly learn AI tools for content generation.
• Ability to work in Canva; knowledge of Figma will be an advantage.
• Systematic, ability to work with a large volume of tasks and meet deadlines.
• Orientation on results, speed and scaling of content production.
