ABOUT THE POSITION:Expert on the analysis of production processes- this is interesting analytical work in production side by side with talented professionals in Pryluky at the factory. This job provides an opportunity to apply your analytical skills, improve processes, learn about dynamic processes in relation to the operation of equipment and contribute to the achievement of high plant performance. This position can be a good start for further building a career in production and becoming a member of our professional team.

REPORTS TO:Production Line Coordination Manager

DUTIES

• Ensure the collection of information on the operation of production equipment, using available information systems and processes.
• Conduct analytical work with the received information for development of practical recommendations and actions, using information and documents from structural units and specialists to fulfill the set goals and objectives.
• Analyze information on the operation of equipment, monitor and take into account trends, determine the causes of discrepancies , to offer solutions to identified problems and ways to improve production processes.
• Improve existing and develop new methods of collecting, evaluating and analyzing information on production, as well as forms of accounting documents and reporting procedures.
• Determine and analyze the causes of losses and propose ways to avoid them
• Maintain necessary documentation related to production processes
• Conduct consultations and training for production personnel in order to increase theirskills and improving overall manufacturing performance

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES:

• Analytical skills.
• High level of knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Skills for working with a large amount of information.
• Skills to quickly learn technical information and use it when planning corrective actions.
• Self-motivation, leadership qualities, discipline.
• Openness to innovation and change.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of English languages ​​at the Intermediate level and above.
