ABOUT THE POSITION: Specialist in the analysis of production processes is interesting analytical work in production side by side with talented professionals in Pryluky on factories This job provides an opportunity to apply your analytical skills, improve processes, learn about dynamic processes in relation to the operation of equipment and contribute to the achievement of high plant performance. SUBORDINATE TO:Production Line Coordination Manager< /p>

DUTIES

• Ensure collection information on the operation of production equipment, using available information systems and processes.
• Conduct analytical work with the received information to develop practical recommendations and actions, using information and documents from structural divisions and specialists to fulfill the set goals and tasks.
• Analyze information on the operation of equipment, monitor and take into account trends, determine the causes of non-conformities, propose options for solving identified problems and ways to improve production processes.
• Improve existing and develop new collection methods, assessment and analysis production information, as well as forms of accounting documents and reporting procedures.
• Determine and analyze the causes of losses and propose ways to avoid them
• Keep the necessary documentation related to production processes
• Conduct consultations and training for production personnel with the aim improving their skills and improving overall production performance

 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS TO CANDIDATES:

• Analytical abilities.
• High level of knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Skills for working with large information.
• Skills to quickly learn technical information and use it when planning corrective actions.
• Self-motivation, leadership qualities, discipline.
• Openness to innovation and change.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level and above.
