Zavod Frunze PJSC, a leading manufacturer of metal products, invites a part-time Site Usability Analysis and Improvement Specialist to its team

Requirements:

• experience in working with websites and online stores;
• knowledge of UX/UI principles and web analytics;
• desirable: skills in working with graphic editors (Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW) for preparation layouts, visual edits and prototypes;
• analytical thinking and a systematic approach;
• ability to formulate clear recommendations for designers and developers.

Working conditions:

• Stable payment of wages to a bank card

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the site structure, navigation, catalog pages, product cards, cart and checkout process. Research user behavior using web analytics tools. Identify problematic areas of the site that affect sales and user experience. Develop recommendations for improving the site's usability and interface. Form a list of measures to increase the conversion of the online store. Prepare technical tasks for designers and developers. Justify the proposed changes with analytical data.
• Prepare analytical reports and conclusions.
• Provide recommendations for the further development of the site.
• Present the results to the management of the enterprise.
