Job description
A specialist in social support and protection is responsible for the quality and accuracy of managing the affairs of beneficiaries within the project. This is a position with a focus on quality control, support of social workers and compliance with safeguarding standards.
ensuring timely and correct processing of beneficiary cases;
maintaining accurate and orderly documentation;
participating in the development and updating of standard operating procedures (SOP);
coordinating with project teams to eliminate gaps and inconsistencies.
We we expect:
experience in social support, protection or case management;
understanding of protection standards and work with vulnerable groups;
attention to details and ability to work with documentation;
communication and team support skills;
willingness to take responsibility for quality processes.
