Our employee in this position:

• Performs work, aimed at preparing for the implementation of projects, ensuring high-quality reporting and timely submission of documentation in accordance with instructions and regulations
• Participates in events of local significance, such as village days, thematic holidays, general meetings of citizens, representing the interests of the Foundation (if necessary and on behalf of the manager)
• Works together with the regional manager on the monitoring of national, regional and social projects
• Organizes and supports project document flow, business correspondence and document flow Khabu, including providing feedback to the persons or organizations that applied
• Makes documentation with counterparties and prepares official memos for resolving applications and requests in the field of social cooperation with communities and other interested parties, coordinating them with the management
• Responsible for the write-off of TMCs donated to charity, according to acts of acceptance and transfer, within the region
• Ensures timely submission of reports and necessary information to management

• Experience with office programs: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Google documents
