< p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">"Tenth of April" is a public organization whose activities are aimed at improving the protection of internally displaced persons (IDPs), the population affected by the conflict, through providing legal, social, psychological and humanitarian assistance, promoting legislative changes, involving communities in responding to emergency situations and finding long-term solutions, in cooperation with authorities and supporting their potential, with a special emphasis on the most vulnerable groups.

Aim: development of M&E tools; development and implementation of the accountability mechanism for needs assessment; ensuring timely collection of data in cells, including verification and clarification, analysis and quality reporting. Expressing activity in the language of indicators and vice versa - interpreting and reporting indicators. 

Our requirements:

• higher education;  
• fluency in English (communication, working with documents);  
• PC - confident user (Word, Excel, Ppt, office 365); advanced user of MS Excel - working with formulas, building connections; Google Sheets - processing large volumes of data;  knowledge of SPSS will be an advantage;  
• basic understanding of the work of humanitarian organizations;   
• organizational and analytical skills; ability to work in a team;  
• ability to determine priority tasks;  
• leadership, initiative, attention, responsibility, organization, sociability.

Language requirements:

• Ukrainian language - fluent; 
• English language - not lower than B2 level.

Responsibilities: 

• MEAL system development as needed; 
• verification of reporting forms, clarification of data;
• combination of data into a single database, analysis;
• preparation of reports based on collected data, including data interpretation and visualization;
• answers to the team's requests regarding current data on project activity;
• analysis of the humanitarian situation;
• adaptation and amendments to project monitoring plans;

We offer:  

Six-month project. Employment under the conditions of the third group of public employment agencies, a decent level of remuneration.
