Danon is opening a vacancy for a supplier settlement specialist in Kyiv.

In this role, you will:

• Process invoices in SAP: You will be responsible for the accurate and timely entry of invoice data into the SAP system, verifying the correctness and compliance of all financial documents.
• Conduct reconciliations with suppliers: Regular reconciliations with suppliers will help maintain accounting accuracy and avoid financial discrepancies.
• Process email and inquiries within the company's invoice processing systems: You will respond to inquiries received via email and internal systems, ensuring prompt resolution of invoice related issues.< /li>
• Prepare payment proposals in SAP for pre-payment control: You will prepare payment proposals following all necessary control procedures to ensure accuracy and security financial operations.
• Support ongoing projects: You will actively participate in ongoing projects, providing support and contributing to the achievement of overall team goals .

We are waiting for your resume if you have:

• More than 2 years of work experience as an accountant, preferably in a similar position area.
• Professional higher education;
• Basic knowledge of Polish and/or English (preferred);
• Knowledge of Excel and accounting;
• li>Excellent communication skills;
• Proactivity, responsibility, attentiveness, ability to quickly perceive and process information.
