JSC "Ukrtransgaz" is considering resumes of candidates for the position Leading specialist of the department of organization and support of procurement of works and services.

Our expectations:

• higher education in the relevant field of training economic and/or legal education;

• practical experience in the field of procurement in support of procurement of goods, works and services — at least 2 years, desirable experience in preparing objections to complaints to the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine;
• knowledge of current legislation in the field of public procurement;
• ability to work in an electronic procurement system and/or on electronic platform;
• experience of using online resources related to procurement (PROZORRO, DOZORRO, CLARITY-PROJECT, BI.PROZORRO, etc.);
• the ability to work with open sources and analyze the received information (the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individuals - Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations, etc.);
• possession of a computer, the Megapolis system, SAP is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• organization and documentary support of the procurement process in accordance with the legislation on public procurement;
• documentary support of decision-making by an authorized person of the Company;
• ensuring the publication of information that belongs to the sphere of activity of the authorized person of the Company and provided by the current legislation regarding public procurement of goods, works and services;
• control of compliance of purchases made by the authorized person of the Company;
• preparation of objections to complaints to the Antimonopoly committee of Ukraine and explanations during monitoring by the State Audit Service of Ukraine.
