Main tasks:

• Search and attraction of candidates for office and production vacancies of RSS
• Contribute to the formation of a positive image of the employer company and its promotion on the labor market
• Reception of calls and counseling of applicants by phone
• Conducting initial interviews with candidates
• Organizing interviews of candidates with managers-customers
• Interacting with employees of the HR department, payroll specialists, SEB in issues of receiving feedback on candidates and organizing their employment
• Supporting selected candidates in the process of their employment
• Forming a database of candidates
• Maintaining reports on the status of candidates and of filled vacancies.
• Analysis of the labor market
• Participation in the development of measures to increase the flow of candidates, increase the efficiency of selection, shorten the deadline for closing vacancies
• Monitoring and support of accepted candidates at the stage of their adaptation, facilitating their successful completion of the probationary period.

Our requirements and wishes for your professional skills:

• Higher education. 
• Experience in the search and selection of candidates for the vacancies of managers and specialists from 1 year.
• Knowledge of ways to search for and attract candidates
• Skills in conducting interviews with candidates

• Negotiation skills
• Experienced PC user (Word, Excel)
• Emotional balance and positive attitude towards people
• Effective communication skills
• Analytical mindset, attention to details, responsibility.
