Main tasks:

Development and implementation of the financial strategy of Agribusiness, which includes the management of the financial service based on the company's strategic goals and development prospects, implementation of measures to ensure the financial stability of the company.Organization of the Agribusiness budgeting system, analysis and review of the current budget model, automation of the budget system.Comprehensive automation of the Horticulture business direction, production processes in the field, accounting processes - control of delivery of goods to the warehouse-field, processes of grain removal from the field-elevator, formation and implementation of day-to-day operational reporting on the state of the work carried out in the fields for making operational management decisions. Formation and implementation of the operational reporting system of Agribusiness, the formation of dashboards, which will include operational complex data on production and financial indicators in all directions of Agro (plant breeding, pig breeding, animal husbandry, horticulture, other).Organization of the process of financial control of budget implementation, planned financial and production indicators, conducting in-depth plan-factor analysis of P&L, C&F by directions on a regular basis, providing proposals for cost optimization and efficiency improvement the use of the company's assets.Conducting an analysis of accounting regulations and processes, improving the company's management and accounting reporting system, building a financial control system for the quality of accounting and reporting.Improving the inventory control system, receivables and payables agribusiness debts by direction, regulation of the process, automation of reporting on the working capital of the company.Experience/knowledge/skills:
- 5 - 7 years of work experience in managerial financial positions in agricultural holdings or enterprises of the agrarian sector in the direction of crop production
- Successful experience in managing financial processes, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
- Ability to develop and implement financial strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting, financial analysis and management accounting.
- Knowledge of tax legislation of Ukraine and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
- Practical experienceautomation of financial and management accounting, including the implementation of software solutions to improve the efficiency of financial processes.
- Ability to analyze business needs and adapt automated solutions to achieve optimal results.
- Experience in developing and implementing automated reports, dashboards and tools to improve transparency and accuracy of financial data.
- Ability to manage automation projects, coordinating with internal teams and external software vendors.
- Ability to organize the work of the finance department, ensuring high level of efficiency and compliance with standards.
- Experience in building and optimizing internal financial processes, as well as implementing new approaches to improve team performance.
- Ability to create a collaborative environment and maintain a high level of professional ethics among members teams.
- Experience with 1C, professional mastery of Excel
- Additional education or certifications in the field of financial management (ACCA, CFA) will be an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate in the city of Volochysk, business trips on the assets of the agricultural holding.
