We are looking for a Specialist in procurement and contract work

• You have a higher education.
• Experience in the field of procurement and concluding contracts from 1 (one) year.
• You understand the procurement process and contractual work.
• Had experience in conducting bidding on an electronic platform (SmartTender).
• A confident user of a PC, MS Office (Excel, Word), work in programs QUANTUM-ECHO, AxDraft, SAP MDG (will be an advantage).

Your main tasks will be:

• Conducting tender procedures for the performance of works and services in general for the Company.
• Conclusion of contractual documents for the performance of works and services as a whole for the Company.
• Preparation of documents for approval of the results of the procedures;
• Control over the conduct of contractual work.
• Ensuring communication between process participants.
• Formation of reporting by department directions.
