Product Manager (EdTech/Online Academy) in Smart Kafe

One of the key areas of development of the company is online academy and educational products, which help customers and students to work effectively with our solutions, increase expertise and achieve business results.

We are looking for a Product Manager (EdTech) to take on the strategic and operational development of an educational product: from research and visioning to launch, scaling and improving key metrics.

Key areas of responsibility:

Strategy and product

• Formation of the educational product vision and product roadmap based on the business strategy and the needs of the target audience.

• Product support at all stages: from idea, concept and draft to launch and further improvement.

• Management of the complete life cycle of the EdTech product.

Research and analytics

• Market research and competitor analysis.

• Conducting in-depth interviews with students and users.

• Hypothesis testing, analysis of student experience.

• Working with key metrics: Retention, LTV, NPS.

Working with team

• Task prioritization and backlog management.

• Collaboration with product, sales, marketing and development teams.

• Agreement of requirements, goals and expectations between stakeholders.

Educational experience

• Building and optimization of the student's Customer Journey Map (CJM). Work with LMS systems and modern educational tools. EdTech or digital products.

• Ability to build and implement a product roadmap.

• Experience in backlog management and task prioritization.

• Skills in building CJM and working with user experience.

• Experience in working with LMS systems.

• Analytical thinking and working with product metrics.

Soft skills

• Strategic and systemic thinking.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to work with different teams and stakeholders.

• Initiative and result-oriented.

• An understanding of specific educational products and modern educational approaches.
