Responsibilities:
- Search and recruitment of candidates for office and production vacancies of the RSS.
- Assistance in the formation positive image of the employer company and its promotion on the labor market.
- Reception of calls and counseling of applicants over the phone.
- Conducting initial interviews with candidates.
- Organization of candidate interviews with managers-customers.
- Interaction with employees of the personnel department, payroll specialists, SEB in matters of receiving feedback about candidates and organizing their employment.
- Support of selected candidates in the process their employment.
- Formation of a database of candidates.
- Reporting on the status of candidates and filled vacancies.
- Analysis of the labor market.
- Participation in the development of measures to increase the flow of candidates, increase the efficiency of selection, shorten the deadline for closing vacancies.
- Monitoring and support of accepted candidates at the stage of their adaptation, facilitating their successful completion of the probationary period.
