What will need to be done:
- Recruiting (line and office vacancies);
- Onboarding, offboarding;
- Development of regulations and procedures;
- Conducting research on engagement, loyalty and motivation maps;
- Labor market monitoring;
- HR analytics;
- Participation in HR-projects of the company.
Our expectations:
- One year of HR experience (preferred);
- Ready to consider a student 5- th course of the "Personnel Management" specialty;
- Responsibility, proactivity, result orientation, decency.
