Payroll and personnel specialist administration
Ensures the maintenance of personnel documentation, relevance, accuracy and legal compliance of the personnel database.
Ensures accurate and timely calculation of remuneration for employees, compliance with regulatory requirements and promotion of work efficiency in the organization.

Calculation of vacation pay reserve calculation;Reconciliation and closing of taxes on payments with Accounting; li>Tracking changes in labor legislation and regulations;Maintenance and improvement of the system for calculating wages taking into account changes in legislation when interacting with system developers;Preparation reporting (statistical, tax, to the Pension Fund)Be the contact person for requests regarding wages and benefits for the company's employees;Participation in internal and external audits (tax, statistics, audit inspections);Maintenance of military records at the enterprise. Requirements
- Higher education in Accounting, Finance, Economics;
- In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and accounting;
- Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years, preferably in production or agricultural sector enterprises;
- Knowledge of the English language (spoken and written);
- Experienced user of 1C salary module;
- Experienced user of Excel;
- Developed analytical skills;
- High level of responsibility, accuracy and attention to detail.
