We are opening a Marketing Support Specialist (departments and printing) - a professional who shares our values: quality, trust and health care.

Area of your responsibility:

• Search and maintenance of a database of contractors (design, printing, outdoor advertising, production of design elements, furniture, staff uniforms).
• Full support of internal and external design of branches: navigation, consumer corner, posters/pictures, rules, stands for printing, signs, end caps, poles, etc.
• Adaptation of locations for MGN: tactile tiles, call buttons, Braille font, mnemonics, communication with specialized organizations.
• Control of deadlines, budgets and acceptance of work on site.
• Planning promotions before the opening, creating offers in the system and preparing news for the website.
• Providing printing and souvenir products.
• Marketing support of local activities in cooperation with regional managers.
• Setting technical tasks for designers and contractors, approval of layouts.
• Ordering printing/installation, quality control and reporting.
• Selection of advertising spaces, coordination and control of the budget.
• Ordering and approval of passports of signboards at TsNAP.
