Eskulab Medical Laboratory is a national network that provides modern diagnostic services and has more than 175 biomaterial collection points in Western Ukraine.

We are opening a vacancySMM manager who shares our values - quality, trust and humanity - and will help make medicine understandable through modern content.

Area of your responsibility:

• Development and implementation of an SMM strategy aimed at increasing reach, engagement (ERR) and leads.
• Management of social networks (Instagram, Telegram, Threads, TikTok): creation of visually coherent content and viral videos; preparation of Reels/TikTok (scripts, filming, editing); account development; working with trends; maintaining an expert and friendly Telegram channel; situational marketing, humor and lively dialogue in Threads; publicizing the brand through modern, high-quality content.
• Writing texts in Ukrainian:from longreads about hormones to short selling signatures.
• Full cycle of work with bloggers:search, audit for cheats, communication, compilation of TK and output control integrations.
• Initiation and implementation of special projects and collaborations (together with the PR team).
• Analysis of the effectiveness of integrations according to CPA and ROMI metrics.
• Moderation in social networks (Direct / comments) - fast, empathetic and professional responses.
• Filming content in laboratories and departments:working with doctors and nurses, helping to behave freely in the frame.
• Preparation of monthly analytics:explaining how the content and campaigns affected brand recognition and sales.

We will be glad to see you in our team if youhave:

• Experience as an SMM manager of 2 years or more (portfolio with cases is a must).
• Skills in mobile content making: you edit in CapCut/VN better than Spielberg and make photos that you want to save.
• Understanding Meta and Telegram algorithms.
• Absolute literacy in the Ukrainian language.
• Willingness to work in the office: you know that quality content is not created for a medical laboratory from home - you need to be on site, film processes and interact with the team.
• Would be an advantage: experience in the fields of Health/Beauty or skills in working with graphic editors (Figma / Canva / Photoshop).
