Specialist in management accounting in construction in Evroforvard Ukrayina, NVP, TOV

We invite to the team a specialist in management accounting in construction - a financier/analyst who will be responsible for controlling the cost of projects, managing cash flow and forming a financial result (P&L) for making effective management decisions.

The main role is to provide a transparent financial picture for each construction object and timely identify deviations from budget.

Main responsibilities

• Maintenance of management accounting in terms of construction objects

• Formation and control of the project budget

• Analysis of actual cost and deviations from the plan

• Preparation and analysis of Cash Flow by objects

• Formation of management P&L

• Expense control (materials, contractors, equipment, FOP, etc.)

• Preparation of financial statements for management

• Participation in financial planning of new projects

• Optimization of financial processes and internal reporting

Candidate requirements

• Higher education (finance, economics, accounting and auditing)

• Work experience of 2-3 years in the field of management accounting / financial analytics

• Desirable experience in construction or project business

• Understanding the structure construction project costings

• Practical experience of budgeting, Cash Flow and P&L

• Confident command of Excel (consolidated tables, financial models)

• Experience with ERP systems (1C, BAS, SAP or others) will be an advantage

• Analytical thinking, systematic, attention to details
