UCU Human Resources Department is looking for a talented and energetic internal communication specialist to help us develop and implement an effective internal communication strategy University. We are looking for someone who can implement innovative communication methods, increase employee engagement and support the culture of the UCU community.

Main responsibilities:

Strategy development and implementation of internal communication:

• Creation of a comprehensive internal communication plan that will contribute to the realization of the strategic goals of UCU.

• Implementation of modern and innovative methods of communication employees.

Information support:

• Coordination and organization of internal information campaigns.

• Dissemination of important information about events, policy changes, successes and other news.

Corporate culture support:

• Organization of events that will promote employee motivation and involvement.

• Active promotion of UCU corporate values ​​in all aspects of work.

Management of information channels:

• Development and support of effective internal communication tools (portals, newsletters, social networks, etc.).

• Analysis of the effectiveness of using these channels and their constant improvement.

Gathering and analyzing feedback:

• Organizing surveys and collecting feedback from employees to identify needs and suggestions.

• Analysis of collected information and preparation of recommendations for management.

Preparation of communication materials:

• Creation of texts for internal news, announcements and other materials.

• Content check for compliance with UCU corporate standards.

Cooperation with management:

• UCU leadership support in communication with employees, help in preparing key messages.

• Consulting on internal communication issues to achieve maximum effect.

Requirements for the candidate:

Education and experience:

• Higher education in communication, journalism, PR, marketing or related fields.

• Experience in internal communication, corporate communication or related fields.

• Experience in developing and implementing communication strategies will be an advantage.

Skills:

• High level of written and oral communication skills.

• Development skillscapture and edit texts of various formats, from news announcements to analytical materials.

• Knowledge of modern internal communication tools (corporate portals, social networks, chat platforms, etc.).

• Ability to work with large volumes of information, to analyze it and provide clear and clear conclusions.
