MAIN TASKS

• Active promotion of community involvement (encouraging participation and cooperation among community residents to support project goals and activities)
• Collaboration with local authorities, CSOs and other stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation
• Facilitate communication between the project team and community members
• Prompt problem solving and feedback
• Strategic coordination of integration activities, assistance in development and implementation of measures to reduce potential conflicts in the community, including information campaigns and discussion platforms
• Regular assessment of community needs and priorities to inform project activities and ensure their compliance with local interests
• Proactive engagement with diverse groups
• Careful monitoring of community feedback (tracking and reporting on community response to activities project, using this data to make reasonable adjustments as needed)

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Higher education
• Fluency in Ukrainian
• A confident user of Microsoft Office
• Other relevant experience and skills
• Highly motivated and ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Prior experience in humanitarian or human rights organizations is welcome
• Teamwork and cooperation
