And now we are looking for a responsible and communicative Chat Operator (Support) with a good knowledge of English (B1 and above) to join our team!

Your duties:

< li>Respond to customer inquiries via chat in English and Ukrainian languages.
• Provide support and advice to customers on various issues.
• Report on work performed and provide suggestions for its improvement.

• Contribute to improving the quality of customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Good communication in Ukrainian and English (level B1 or higher).
• User-level PC knowledge: Excel, Google Docs.
• Experience work in the field of customer support will be a plus, but is not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn and develop in the professional field.
