Specialist in grant projects in Agroprosperis

Agroprosperis group of companies finances the production and export of agricultural products in Ukraine. Manages 41 production companies and 10 elevators, which supply more than 3 million tons of agricultural products to world markets per year. The Agroprosperis team unites 3,300 professionals in 12 regions of Ukraine, who develop agricultural production on more than 300,000 hectares.

The only large agribusiness in Ukraine , which provides small and medium-sized Ukrainian farmers with a full range of services for growing grain, storing it and selling it on world markets, as well as financing through Agroprosperis Bank. The investor is a group of investment funds managed by NCH Capital (USA).

With the goal of scaling production, we are looking for an energetic, purposeful specialist for the position of grant manager projects.

Key features:

• Search and analysis of grant opportunities in various directions, including international;
• Writing project applications, budgeting, preparation and submission of all necessary documents required by the grantor;
• Participation in presentations, conferences, meetings with donors and commissions that make decisions on satisfaction application for grants;
• Monitoring and reporting on the use of received funds, ensuring compliance with grantors' requirements;
• Communication with grantors at all stages of project implementation;
• Team consulting regarding grantors' requirements;
• Preparation of other related documents;
• Possible business trips to other cities of Ukraine or abroad.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has experience in attracting grants from public, international/donor organizations, socially responsible business, government structures where projects have been implemented;
• Has experience in conducting successful negotiations;
• Possesses writing skills texts and is able to structure information;
• Able to work with Excel, Word, PowerPoint (or similar programs for developing presentations);
• Speaks Ukrainian and English at the B1 level and above ;
• Has analytical thinking and attention to details;
• Possesses organizational skills, responsible.
