Requirements for candidate:
- higher education;
- work experience in the field of 1 year;
- knowledge of the Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring Equal Rights and Opportunities of Women and Men" and other normative legal acts on the legal provision of equal rights and opportunities for women and men;
- excellent computer skills and knowledge of a standard package of office programs;
- analytical composition mind, the ability to structure information and quickly solve tasks;
- responsibility and attentiveness, a high level of self-organization;
- knowledge of the English language will be a significant advantage.
Functional duties:
- analysis of the current situation with gender issues in the organization;
- implementation of the gender equality strategy in coordination with the management of the organization and the project department, and as well as partners of the organization;
- development and improvement of internal policies and procedures that contribute to the observance of gender equality;
- collection, analysis and monitoring of statistical data on the gender component.
- organization and holding of educational seminars and trainings on gender issues;
- consultation of employees on issues of gender equality and equality, as well as relevant gender-sensitive and inclusive indicators in organization;
- willingness to work in other directions related to the project activities of the organization.
