Requirements for the position:

- work experience in social, humanitarian or other related fields;
- medium level of English;
- PC and Microsoft skills Office;
- responsibility, attention to detail, communication.
Main responsibilities’observe humanitarian principles, security standards and ethical norms of the organization;collect and analyze the needs and requests of internally displaced persons in communities;provide consultation support to internally displaced persons, and/or direct them to the necessary providers of social, administrative, medical and other services;identification, interaction and cooperation with initiative groups of internally displaced persons and civil society organizations;holding events, round tables, dialogue sessions in communities on issues related to the protection of the rights of internally displaced persons;monitoring the observance of the rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons in communities;preparation and implementation community (public) projects;interviewing beneficiaries, and cooperation with representatives of authorities and non-governmental organizations, with the aim of obtaining information about the needs of internally displaced persons and the humanitarian situation;reporting on the work performed.
