The Wise It company is one of the TOP-5 system integrators of Ukraine.

In 2023, a representative office was opened in Estonia. And in 2025 they started working in Romania. We are residents of Diya City.

We invite you to join the team of Customer Search Specialist/Lead Generator in the Marketing department.

What will you need to do?

1. Working out the client base (IT), updating and collecting additional information.

2. Outgoing calls to customers (customer base provided, base includes phone numbers and e-mail).

3. Manage your LinkedIn lead generator page. Primary communication with potential clients.

3. Formation of meetings/calls for sales managers/product managers.

4. Presentation of the company's products and services to potential customers over the phone. Training, scripts and all materials are provided. Working with the Google Cloud (Google Cloud Platform), Google Workspace, Google Maps and others.

5. Consultation on the company's products and services to potential customers (all materials are provided).

6. Identification of the customer's needs and preparation of his profile for future processing.

7. The ability to approach a decision-maker (IT department).

Our future colleague:

1. Fluent in the Ukrainian language.

2. Speaks competently, has clear diction and pronunciation.

3. Has skills in working with MS Office, Google docs

4. Work experience in an online store/call center/job sites of 6 months or more will be an advantage

5. Has good communication skills, knows how to deal with objections

6. Able to quickly learn, understand and train with new technologies, methodologies and solutions in the cloud/IT space

7. Having a higher technical education in the field of computer science will be a plus.
